Richmond Triathlon Club have asked us to mention their Aquathlon event on 10th June. It involves a swim in Richmond Swimming Pool, followed by a run on traffic-free footpaths along to Easby and back. It is open to children from age 8 up to adults.

Starting from Tuesday 2nd April 2024, swim training for fitness will be as follows: A new 8-10 group for swimmers who have achieved Swim England Level 7 will have a 1-hour session on Mondays 6pm-7pm.
Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st is off due to competing at Sunderland. Best of luck to our swimmers heading up.
Last training before Christmas is Saturday 23rd Training is on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Saturday 30th Normal training will resume on Tuesday 2nd January
